Nomad Sounds develops and distributes digital products including audio software, virtual instruments, and sample libraries.

Due to the nature of digitally delivered products, all sales are generally considered final once products have been downloaded or activated.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in cases where a product is materially inoperable on a supported system and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

To request a refund, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • System specifications

  • Error messages or crash logs

  • Screenshots or video demonstrating the issue

  • Reasonable troubleshooting cooperation

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Compatibility issues with unsupported systems

  • User preference regarding product content or sound

  • Failure to read product requirements prior to purchase

  • Minor bugs or issues that do not substantially impair functionality

  • Unauthorized resale, sharing, or transfer of products
