All products developed and distributed by Nomad Sounds - FZCO, including virtual instruments, sample libraries, audio software, presets, samples, graphics, and related materials, are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

License Grant

Purchasers of Nomad Sounds products are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products and included audio content in their own musical, commercial, multimedia, film, television, game, streaming, and creative productions in perpetuity.

This includes commercial use without additional royalties unless otherwise specified.

Restrictions

The following are prohibited without explicit written permission from Nomad Sounds:

  • Redistribution of raw sample content

  • Resale or repackaging of products or assets

  • Sharing product files with unlicensed users

  • Uploading products or assets to file-sharing platforms

  • Creating competing sample libraries or sound packs using included content

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or circumvention of licensing systems

Ownership

Purchasing a product grants a license to use the content, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Nomad Sounds - FZCO and its licensors.

Unauthorized Use

Use of Nomad Sounds products by unlicensed users is prohibited and may result in license termination or legal action where applicable.
